Mooie locatie , maar een valse start door slechte communicatie
Locatie , leuk appartement.
De aankomst begon helaas wat minder soepel. 😅 We hebben maar liefst 8 keer moeten bellen voordat we eindelijk de inloggegevens kregen om binnen te komen. Dat is natuurlijk geen fijne start na een lange reis. Misschien is het ook goed om de dame aan de telefoon eens aan te spreken op haar communicatie en vooral de gebrekkige Engelse uitleg. Dat had een stuk duidelijker en klantvriendelijker gekund. Als je niet goed in de taal bent of internet heb je een probleem en sta je na 1 dag nog buiten !

La tardanza de la contestación del personal, tanto como el check in. Como cuando perdimos las llaves y tardaron en darnos una solución. El televisor no pudimos utilizarlo, por falta de mando. El piso poca ventilación, el baño con olor.
