Cosy and comfortable stay. Spacious room.
Good situation. Could easily get to places I needed to access. Good bus connections and not far from train stations if needed. Near Harrow on the hill shopping malls, restaurants and also Designer Outlet. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and clean rooms. Coffee corner and fridge. Temperature regulation and fans if hot. Breakfast service. Pizza on-site noon till 10pm.
Need for refurbishment. Missing tiles in bathroom ceiling. Old equipments. Noisy cleaning team in corridors

La cama estaba comoda
Creo que nunxa habia visto un baño tan desagradable como el de este hotel, las toallas estaban manchadas igual que la regadera, el techo era transparante manchado por alguna razon. El lavabo estaba verde por alguna razon. Espeluznatemente malo
