    Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the apartment was extremely disappointing and far below acceptable standards.

    Great location, good complex

    Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the apartment was extremely disappointing and far below acceptable standards. Although the main room looked relatively clean, other areas were in a terrible condition. The balcony was absolutely filthy, with layers of dirt that made it seem like it had not been cleaned for months. The shelf next to the bed was covered in dust, dirt and unidentified debris. The bathroom was also poorly cleaned, and the kettle had a severe buildup of limescale. I have photographs documenting all these issues, which clearly show the actual condition of the property. For the price we paid, we expected at least basic cleanliness and hygiene. Unfortunately, these standards were not met, and it significantly affected our overall experience. I believe a partial refund would be appropriate considering the unacceptable condition of the accommodation. I hope the property management and Booking.com will take this complaint seriously.
