Evguenia could be charging double the price and it’d still be an amazing value!

Beautiful, elevated ocean view. Very cute, spacious and functional. Nice, helpful and responsive owner. Hot water. Quiet. No crazies. Amazing price!!!

Great ocean view with attentive host but location

Rooftop pool was great, the flat is really nice and comfortable. Evguenia is very attentive. Communication before and during the stay was a lot (maybe sometimes a bit too much.?)

The flat has a great ocean view, however, most sights are in the Old City Centre or in Miraflores and the flat is in San Miguel. It's about 20-40 minutes with an Uber and the price is okay for the drive (10-20Sol) but except for the ocean view, it's a bit far away.
