    Would visit again !

    A wonderful and helpful host; excellent communication via both phone and messaging apps. Quick response to any minor issues that arose. A large, well-appointed apartment with two bedrooms. Coffee maker, iron, washing machine, dishwasher, oven - what more could you need?

    Location. It’s not exactly very far from the center, but for someone who dislikes walking up and down steep hills, it could be an issue. I don't mind it, but if you want to go into central Funchal for a drink in the evening, be prepared for a tiring walk, a bus ride, or a taxi. There aren't many shops nearby (or maybe I just didn't find them). Parking in the designated spot is tricky (though the fact that a space is available at all is a huge, huge plus!). Otherwise, everything is fine.

    Lovely apartment with nice spacious terrace / patio. The apartment has everything required, and also free parking. The host is super nice and responsive. Self check-in and check-out is smooth and you get detailed info before arrival. The included breakfast in the hotel in the old city is also convinient. We liked everything about our stay and also we were welcomed by full basket of Madeira fruits a wine and traditional small cake.
