    Joli mais Séjour très peu confortable

    Emplacement parfait. Jolie décoration.

    Pas d’accueil digne de l'hospitalité marocaine habituelle. Maison pas du tout confortable et installations négligées et pas vérifiées. Glacial en cette saison. Climatisation réversible ne fonctionnait correctement que dans la chambre tout en haut. Seulement 3 télécommandes pour 4 chambres et une seule qui fonctionnait ! Notre contact avait promis de venir régler cela et n’est jamais venu. Lampe de chevet ne fonctionnait pas. Les matelas durs et les oreillers très durs et inconfortables. Pas de torchon de cuisine. Pas même du sucre pour se faire un thé ou un café. Cafetière cassée. 1 Rouleau de papier toilette par chambre mais pas dans les toilettes du bas. Nous avons dû racheter du papier toilette insuffisant. Une chasse d’eau qui fuyait nécessitait qu’on ferme le robinet d’arrivée d’eau à chaque fois. Escaliers ok dans un riad bien sûr mais de multiples petites marches traîtres et vraiment très casse gueule. La Porte d’entrée presque impossible à ouvrir ou fermer sans une force extraordinaire. Un séjour très peu confortable que je ne recommanderais pas à mes amis.

    A beautiful, authentic house.

    The location was excellent and the property was an authentic beautiful house.

    The shower on the first floor was unusable, the house was not very clean.
