    Problems solved

    We had some problems with hot water, but Evelyn and her father did everything to solve problem and They did it! The apartment was nice and beds were best ever! Gorvin Mall is near!

    Big apartment with tv in every room . Value for money. Hostess tried to solve problems that occurred...

    Bad area with many homeless that causing problems. One more aircondition in main room was needed. Coffee machine didn't work . Shower was leaking .

    We stayed at Evelyn’s Apartment for a full week, and the experience was genuinely exceptional from start to finish. The apartment itself was impressively spacious, giving me plenty of room to relax, unwind, and feel completely at home. Everything was spotless upon arrival, the cleanliness and attention to detail were immediately noticeable, which made settling in incredibly easy and comfortable.The location turned out to be one of the biggest highlights. It’s situated not far from the city centre, making it simple to reach all the main attractions without any hassle. The transport connections were excellent, with reliable local options that made moving around the city smooth and convenient. Whether I wanted to head into the centre, explore different neighbourhoods, or simply enjoy a quiet walk, everything felt accessible.I also loved how close the apartment was to a nearby mall and a beautiful city park. Having both within easy reach added so much to the stay. The mall was perfect for quick shopping trips, grabbing essentials, or enjoying a meal, while the park offered a peaceful escape where I could take relaxing walks and enjoy the greenery. The combination of urban convenience and natural calm made the location feel perfectly balanced.The host, Evelyn, was truly wonderful. Friendly, welcoming. .Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Evelyn’s Apartment. The comfort, cleanliness, great location, and exceptional hospitality all came together to create a memorable experience. I would absolutely stay here again and can confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant, well‑connected, and relaxing place to stay.

    Мы провели 2 замечательных дня в Будапеште. Квартира полностью соответствует описанию. Все необходимое в квартире есть, хотя дома мы не готовили.

    В квартире чувствуется запах курева. Для людей некурящих это будет неприятно. Большое количество пыли в квартире, уборка перед засилением проводилась некачественно.

    Excellent value! Excellent host!

    Very clean, 2 bedrooms, great air conditioning (in living room), very quiet (heard street noises only a couple of times), listing should state and have photos of drop-down table in kitchen (almost didn't book for lack of kitchen table)

    curtains in living room didn't cover whole window (mix of see-through and almost see-through curtains), slanted roofs in bedrooms, ugly foyer, ugly neighborhood
