We enjoyed our stay very much. Comfortable beds, lots of hot water and a warm house.
The house was delightful, an old converted schoolhouse. It was warm and cozy with the log burner. The slipper bath was excellent. Just a few minutes walk into the village, and 25 minutes from Rosmarkie beach . Perfect!
It was all lovely. Small gripe would be the garden isn’t completely secure and our cavapoo would have escaped.! No problem keeping her on the lead though.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen
Das Haus hatte einen tollen Wohnraum mit Küche Die Lage war gut. Man war schnell an Zielen on alle Richtungen
Der Geschirrspüler funktionierte nicht. Es gab Probleme mit der Heizung Entweder war es kalt oder zu warm. Die Eigentümerin bemühte sich, das Problem in den Griff zu bekommen. Leider klappte es nicht so richtig. In den Schlafzimmern fehlte mir eine Ablage und eine Lampe am Bett. Das große Bad sieht toll aus,ist aber durch die Größe sehr ungemütlich . Auch wenn es ein altes Haus ist, sollte ab und zu mal in neues Inventar investiert werden (Bett wackelt) Oberflächlich war es sauber, bei näherer Betrachtung hätte mal gründlicher geputzt werden können.

We loved everything about our stay at Evelix, the house is lovely, so warm and welcoming. Beautifully restored in such a lovely area, with lovely gardens. Evelix is quiet and peaceful and yet close enough to everything we were planning to visit on our holiday. The owners were very helpful and always easy to contact.
