    Choose your holiday requirements carefully and weigh up the reviews but this hotel was better than some of the negatives

    Just come back from a week all inclusive . Me , my wife and 12 year old Grandson .Have to say we were worried after reading some reviews but in reality overall we had a good time . Pros : great pool complex although the salt water won’t suit everyone , All staff were excellent , friendly and hard working. Despite the early bird towel brigade there were plenty of parasols and sun beds . Rooms serviced every day. We had a private transfer from airport which was great and very quick , 35 mins . Plenty of drink choice and no serious queuing. Didn’t find the language a problem when communicating. Great views from the room . Cons : Food may not suit everyone , some strange combinations but enough choice each meal although a bit repetitive on a daily basis and not hot enough on the buffet stand. Room ok but not huge and would have benefitted by changing one of the doubles for a single for our combination of people. Location doesn’t offer much choice if you want a break from hotel , Benedorm it is not but their is a promenade to walk along and beach is right outside . Could have done with more music around pool and let kids have some inflatables In summary no serious complaints but did not really suit our needs especially food
