Die Lage war sehr zentral. Man war schnell am Strand und auch in der Altstadt
In der Beschreibung steht, dass das Appartement 1 Wohnzimmer und 1 SEPARATES Schlafzimmer hat. Das stimmt definitiv nicht. Es ist stattdessen 1 großer Raum mit Küche, Wohnzimmer und Schlafecke. Nur das Bad ist mit einer Tür abschließbar. Leider war es auch nur sehr unzureichend geputzt als wir es bezogen haben. Der Boden war sandig/ staubig und die Griffe der Schränke sehr klebrig. Ich habe dann alle selbst abgewischt. Auf die Terrasse vorn hat die So nne es leider nie geschafft. Nordseite und Beschattung von Häusern und Bäumen. Warum 1 Sonnenschirm auf den Fotos abgebildet ist, ist rätselhaft. Den beschriebenen Wein haben wir nie erhalten

A very nice separate small house with a nice terrace in a quiet area of Kos from which both the harbour and the old town can be reached by feet by a nice 5 to 10 minutes walk, there are several nice typical tavernas near by on the way to the old town, and Maria, who lives near by, is a wonderful and caring host. We will definitely come back. Highly recomended!

Casa carina, moderna, accogliente e molto pulita. Vicinissima al centro e al mare. In dieci minuti a piedi si raggiunge la piazza dove partono gli autobus per tutte le più importanti spiagge e per l'aeroporto. Maria, la proprietaria è molto molto gentile. Ci ha accolto benissimo. La consiglio. Io tornerò sicuramente ☺️

A Maria che sogna l’Italia le diciamo che ha perfettamente impersonato l’accoglienza del popolo greco! Grazie di cuore.
Arredamento elegante e confortevole, con spazi organizzati alla perfezione e grande attenzione ai dettagli. La posizione è davvero ideale: a soli 5 minuti dal centro e dalla movida, e a due passi dal mare, tra negozietti tipici e moderni supermercati. La host, Maria, ci ha fatte sentire davvero coccolate per tutta la durata del soggiorno, con una gentilezza e un’ospitalità che difficilmente dimenticheremo. Ha persino voluto farci assaggiare un’abbondante porzione del delizioso Pastitsio che aveva preparato a pranzo per la sua famiglia. Un soggiorno speciale, che consigliamo assolutamente!
