Enttäuschender Aufenthalt mit gravierenden Sicherheitsmängeln.
Die Zimmeraustattung war ganz toll.
Wir waren als zwei Frauen vor Ort und hatten während unseres Aufenthalts leider ein sehr unangenehmes Erlebnis. Im Gebäude hielten sich zwei Männer auf, deren Anwesenheit uns verunsicherte. Gleichzeitig stand die Haupteingangstüre sperrangelweit offen, sodass offenbar jeder ungehindert Zugang zum Gebäude hatte. Als wir Evis-Home telefonisch auf die Situation aufmerksam machten, wurde uns lediglich mitgeteilt, dass am nächsten Tag ein Elektriker vorbeikommen würde, um das Problem mit der Eingangstüre zu beheben. Diese Reaktion empfanden wir angesichts der Situation als unzureichend. Da sich die beiden Männer weiterhin im Treppenhaus aufhielten und wir uns zunehmend unsicher fühlten, sahen wir uns schliesslich gezwungen, die Polizei zu verständigen und um eine Personenkontrolle zu bitten. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt leider sehr enttäuschend. Wir fühlten uns weder sicher noch ausreichend betreut. Insbesondere in einer Unterkunft ohne Rezeption erwarten wir, dass die Sicherheit der Gäste gewährleistet ist und bei entsprechenden Vorfällen rasch und angemessen reagiert wird. Für uns steht fest, dass wir künftig keine Unterkunft ohne besetzte Rezeption mehr buchen werden. Alleinreisenden Frauen oder Frauengruppen können wir dieses Hotel aufgrund unserer Erfahrung keinesfalls empfehlen. Allerdings hätten wir angesichts dieser Sicherheitsmängel auch als männliche Gäste erhebliche Bedenken gehabt.

High tech with friendly staff
The host is friendly and replies promptly. Clean and modern, the bed was comfortable. Convenient location, it takes around 15 minutes to get to the the city centre by bus.
An unpleasant and strange odour is coming from the bathroom ventilation. There is no air conditioning. We booked 2 rooms, • one came with a portable AC unit, but the other one did not. The technology inside the property requires better user guides. We stayed for 4 nights. One night, it took us more than 30 minutes just to turn off the ceiling light
