    We loved it and will definitely stay again.

    Excellent location. Designated parking - rare in Penzance town. Beautifully clean and very well equipped. Very comfy beds. Host sent extra directions to property as possibility of roadworks.

    Great location and house for the purpose of visiting Penzance for our daughter’s wedding at St. John’s Hall and receptio

    Great location and house and bed linen and towels were scrupulously clean.

    Very disappointed that even though tea, coffee and sugar were provided there wasn’t a least a pint of milk left in the fridge for our arrival. Even UHT milk would have sufficed, but there was none of that either. After a long journey the first thing you want is a cup of tea. Also it would be good to have a hand towel in the downstairs cloakroom. We had to use one of the towels provided from one of the bedrooms.
