    Excellent communication and great location

    Communication was excellent. The property was conveniently located and the perfect base for the activities we had planned.

    I felt slightly hassled by the amount of requests for reviews. Otherwise the stay was fine.

    Great for a week stay.

    Safe location and close walking distance to what we wanted to see.

    Not enough towels for how many people we booked for. We had to buy 2 towels for our kids to use.

    Great for our group of 5 on a girls weekend away

    Central location easy to walk everywhere & groceries across the road

    No label on the key lock, if the store was closed we wouldn’t have found it

    Excellent, kids had a great time visiting Melbourne for the first time

    Location was fantastic

    Pillows were terrible, I needed 3 and still was uncomfortable. Wifi was bad, YouTube kept stopping to load

    Well supported in a great location.

    Great location, very clean and lovely view. We had issues with the key lock on arrival however, a call through to the team resulted in a very quick solution.
