    Great holiday

We stayed in the house for 1 week. The host was great, he gave all the information at the entrance. Then she was very helpful with all our questions and needs. She is very caring, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The general cleanliness of the house was good, all the materials we needed were available. The beds were comfortable. Thank you very much Rania for your wonderful hosting.

The only thing to watch out for families with children is mosquitoes. There are a lot of flies in the area outside the house. It is definitely necessary to use protection.

I highly recommend staying in the villa. We'll have only fond memories about this place.

Excellent location, on the beachfront, in one of the top spots in the Pefkochori. Right in front of the villa is the best part of the town beach. Since house is next to the beach, we had no need to use sunshades and deck chairs on the beach or in the bars - since we had much better facilities in the front yard (shades, deck chairs, outside shower). We didn't even felt the need to visit other beaches nearby, since there's no way we'd have same level of comfort as in our own yard next to a beautiful beach! House has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms! Mentioned facts mean a lot to a family with small children. Basically everything is of high quality - furniture, all home appliances (everything you need), well kept garden. Owners were welcoming, attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort during the stay.

Nothing really. But if I had to nitpick - it would be nice if car gate could move with a little less effort. AC remote needed battery replacement, I did that in a minute :)
