    Clean and comfortable. Good base for exploring .

    Very clean. Comfy beds. Loved the hot tub.

    Road noise when trying to use hot tub., close to a very busy road. Could do with extra storage for clothes for guests in second bedroom.

    Not good value for money

    Location

    Poor cleanliness, inhabited cobwebs in the hall and dusty cobwebs in the living room and in bedroom furniture, dirt in the corners and on skirting boards. 1toilet roll for 4 people for 3 days, the toilet brush was broken the handle was separate to the brush. The toaster one section is broken. The hot tub was cold for the first 24hours so couldn’t be used. The lack of use of the hot tub was disappointing as this was advertised as one of the properties features. Taken individually these issues may seem minor but collectively they significantly impacted our stay therefore did not feel it represented good value for money
