    Pleasant but disappointing

Location was good ,comfortable furniture own pool , very clean , kitchen was modern and clean.

No kettle or mugs in kitchen a few requests were made for a kettle as we had a young baby in our group who required formula milk to be made. Pull out bed in one of the rooms was not in a good condition resulting in the slats coming apart when used as a double bed. With young children staying the chemicals and tools in the utility room were not acceptable. Broken pool tiles and wooden slats were gapped and uneven. Weeds were in the stones outside and outdoor feature lights didn’t work the cardboard box from outside furniture had not been disposed of. The stairs were quite dangerous with no handrail particularly for small children. High chair was not in the property despite a request before stay leg was broken and no restraint straps were supplied. Alarm had not been disabled and required a phone call.
