“Spacious home, but maintenance needs improvement
The house is spacious and comfortable, especially for a large family. We really enjoyed having plenty of bedrooms and space for everyone. The location was convenient, and we appreciated that the host allowed us to check in earlier after our cruise. Communication was also quick whenever we contacted them.
There were several maintenance issues that should be addressed. The pool water was cloudy and had hair/debris in it, the dryer took several hours and still did not dry the clothes properly, and the toaster was not working. One of the downstairs toilets was clogged when we arrived, and the plunger provided was not clean. Most concerning, the pool table unexpectedly collapsed and almost fell on our nephews' feet, so we moved it against the wall for the safety of the children. We also had problems with the resort access codes provided for the pool and restrooms, as they did not work. We were only able to access the pool when another guest opened the door, and another guest eventually gave us a different restroom code that worked. The property has a lot of potential, but better maintenance and verification of the amenities and access information before guests arrive would greatly improve the experience.

Schönes Haus, gute Lage.
Das Haus ist groß und geräumig. Einige Zimmer haben ein eigenes Bad.
Leider war die dazu gebuchte Poolheizung deutlich zu warm. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war etwas dürftig (Teller, Besteck, Tassen, Gläser, Kochutensilien).
