The apartment has some great qualities: the location is perfect, and the property is quite spacious and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing due to several maintenance and cleanliness issues. Upon arrival, we found a leaking shower faucet, a clogged drain, a balcony door that did not work, and a dangerously tilted shelf. Although the drain was eventually fixed, the other issues remained unresolved. The maintenance visit also left mud and footprints throughout the apartment, requiring us to mop the floors twice. Even then, the water remained brown, suggesting that the floors had not been properly cleaned beforehand. With better maintenance, regular inspections, and more thorough cleaning, this could be a very good accommodation. Unfortunately, the condition of the property during our stay did not meet reasonable expectations.
