  The apartment was clean, well presented and well equiped. The location, just a short walk from the central station and the main shopping centre with a Tesco express opposite and a range of nearby restaurants was convenient. The shower was hot. The bed very comfortable. We only stayed 2 nights and ate out, but the kitchen was well equiped for those that wished to cook. In general I was kept regularly informed by email, text and whatsapp about the booking, and checking in. Any queries were generally answered quickly.

  There were some issues with prior damage to the bedroom wall and left clothing missed by the cleaners, but they did not detract from our enjoyment of the apartment. Situated by a busy main road there was some traffic noise, though subdued. There were roadworks limiting traffic at the time of the visit, so might be more normally. The link about checking out unfortunately arrived after we had left.

  detailed access instructions - but they worked location was really central and convenient

  we were allocated a parking space that was already occupied and although we had another space eventually - it was not as suitable for our needs The apartment was very noisy - not from outside, but something at the back of the kitchen that was constantly banging

  Last minute accommodation so therefore expensive but was good and clean and had free parking.

  Loved that there was parking provided. The accommodation was comfy. All instructions given were good for access and keys.

  It was a little run down in places e.g. the bedroom wall needed repair. It would have been useful to have some more basic kitchen items e.g. an egg flip and pepper and salt.

  Very disappointing stay. Property was tired and not the exclusive apartment it was marketed as. Kitchen items such as glassware weren’t clean and baking tray in oven contained burnt dirty food and grease, whilst the hob itself was chipped in multiple places. The free standing bedroom fan which being a hot weekend we’d have liked to make use of had a thick layer of dust on it. Filthy skirting boards. Bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable with very obvious sagging in the centre whilst the throw cushions were visibly unclean. Bedroom wall had multiple kick dents in the plasterboard from previous guest stays and added to the overall impression of the apartment being tired, worn and uncared for and certainly not the exclusive property it was advertised as and it did not live up to the gallery pictures provided on the site. Also disappointed with booking.com as we made contact shortly after arrival to report issues and no resolution was offered. Owner of the property was also alerted of the issues and while offered a small amount of compensation over the phone and on text messages - we have received nothing over 2 weeks on despite gentle reminders.
