They don't answer the phone , no possibility to contact owner

The area is very good but that was something I already knew

We arrived , the code on the locker box was not working ... Nobody answered the phone , they wrote back on whatsapp after 30 minutes with chatgpt , I don't even think they speak english . Eventually I managed to speak to someone who said that they don't manage this apartment . Gave me some other number that didn't answer aswell. So I stood there in front of my friends embarrased because I was the one booking the apartment for our stay. Nobody called me back from management to this day .... We entered the apartment with the door code since that was fortunately working . In the first morning some lady opened the door on us saying that she's the cleaner. Of course she didn't speak english or hungarian. Nobody told her that we are there ... we were affraid that another group will come since that made us question if the reservation was legit or not. Otherwise the apartment had some higenial issues .... But not answering the phone is a very very big problem. I don't think they speak the language normally so they don't answer

Great location and responsive host, but the cleanliness and bathroom issues were disappointing.

The location was excellent, with public transport, shops, and restaurants all within walking distance. The apartment had a spacious living room and comfortable bedrooms. The host was very responsive and replied to messages quickly.

The apartment was not properly cleaned. We found dirt and food waste behind the furniture (see photo), which made it clear that the apartment had not been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. One of the bathrooms was locked, so seven guests had to share just one bathroom with a toilet. The bathroom also had an unpleasant smell, and the shower had no curtain, so the entire bathroom floor got flooded after every shower.
