Clean, quiet, comfortable
Quietness - this apartment in on the busy Calle de Atocha and completely quiet. Little gifts much appreciated. (For foreign travelers, olive oil in 100 ml bottles would be better, as we couldn't take the 250 ml on the plane without checking luggage.)
Communication was by What'sApp - I don't normally use it. I don't think this was mentioned in the booking - if it was, it wasn't emphasized, and I only found the messages by chance. This is best for someone very accustomed to doing everything on their phone. Unable to get breakfast because we had to leave for the airport before cafe was open

The location is Amazing in the centre of Madrid, No need for Car if you are staying for 2-3 nights. The Apartment is well designed

Appartamento situato in zona centrale, a 10/20 minuti a piedi dal luoghi principali. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort e il proprietario è sempre disponibile.
L'unica pecca è il piccolo cortile interno su cui affaccia l'appartamento. È molto bello ma purtroppo tutte le notti alcune persone si sedevano a chiacchierare fino a tardi, disturbando chi dorme nel divano-letto presente in salotto.
