    Bien ubicado y con todas las comodidades

    Muy silencioso, ideal para descansar, tiene todas las comodidades,

    Deben Suministrar un poco mas de productos para el aseo de la ropa y lava vajillas, tener en cuenta los dias que se arrienda con la cantidad que suministran.

    Keine zugelassene Ferienunterkunft

    Die Lage war zentral, Metro gut erreichbar, das Haus war sehr sicher, die Wohnung sauber, die Betten bequem. Man hatte vom Fenster aus einen schönen Blick über Madrid.

    Wir mussten uns kurz vor Ankunft online bei der Agentur, die vor Ort die Wohnung verwaltet, jeder mit Namen und persönlichen Angaben wie ID anmelden und einen separaten Vertrag unterschreiben, indem wir versichern, dass wir nicht als Touristen, sondern für Arbeit, Studium o.ä. nach Madrid reisen. Das war Wochen vorher bei der Buchung bei booking nicht ersichtlich und nötigte uns jetzt zu Falschangaben, da wir auf die Schnelle keinen adäquaten Ersatz finden konnten. Solche Unterkünfte sollten bei booking nicht angeboten werden. Außerdem waren einige Dinge in der Wohnung nicht in Ordnung, die uns schon teilweise bei Ankunft mitgeteilt wurden (Fernseher kein Signal, defekte Toilettenbrille, ein Rollo defekt, Tür von Geschirrspüler und einem Schrank defekt, Schimmel in der Waschmaschine). Wir würden nicht wieder buchen.
