Excellent, clean, safe location with views, public transport, great restaurant selection!

clear message sent by the host with key location, access codes, entry instructions

for me, the full list of "before, during, after" instructions clearly posted would be great. most of the information was provided, but there was some confusion about trash disposal rules and options. something plainly stated as in, "all recycle goes ___ after rinsing, all refuse and food waste gets bagged and taken to the basement disposal area, all linen can be left on the bed, all towels can be left hanging in the bathroom, all soap and shampoo in the bathroom can be used..." etc. personal preference, as some hosts arent as accomadating as these were -- and find reasons to charge extra for unstated grievances.
