    Séjour très agréable

    terrasse magnifique, très bon emplacement et parking sur place ( ce qui est indispensable)

    La remise des clefs a été très rapide et peu d'explications, contact avec le gestionnaire uniquement par watsapp.( mais réponse rapide quand même )

    Amazing views

    The views and size of balcony

    I dropped 2 points as I had problems with the WiFi, which took days to sort. I have spoken to the rental company and suggested this information should be left in the apartment.

    Hohes Risiko

    Obwohl wir die Unterkunft von mehreren Monaten gebucht haben, wurde sie extrem kurzfristig storniert – die Mitteilung erhielt ich erst bei meiner Ankunft auf Teneriffa. Dadurch war ich gezwungen, unter großem Zeitdruck eine Alternative zu finden, obwohl vieles bereits ausgebucht war. Das hat meinen Urlaub erheblich beeinträchtigt. Eine derart kurzfristige Absage ist aus meiner Sicht nicht akzeptabel und für zukünftige Gäste ein erhebliches Risiko.
