The property is well situated and modern. The price is ok.
A lot of little things were broken in the property - especially in the bathroom. They should send someone to fix all the little broken things. The elevator also did not work, which was complicated as 4th floor.

Look around for a new location
Large and spacious place. Quick access to downtown and the train/subway system.
When I rented it said it had a laundry included, it ended up a pay for laundry. This has been fixed. Place needs some more lights. I would say expensive for the area.

Sinistrement sombre, luminaires médiocres, nombreuses ampoules défectueuses, bois pourri dans la salle de bain, accessoires détachés du mur, guide de douche manquant, frigo sorti de sa niche, parquet abîmé. Manque global de maintenance et vérification du bon état
