  Willa była kiedyś piękna ale czas jej świetności niestety już dawno minął. Dobra lokalizacja. Kontakt z właścicielem dosyć dobry.

  Największym rozczarowaniem był basen, który był jednym z głównych powodów wyboru tej willi. W momencie naszej rezerwacji na Booking.com był określony jako prywatny. Dopiero z opinii wcześniejszego gościa dowiedzieliśmy się, że w rzeczywistości jest to basen wspólny dla całego osiedla. Jeszcze przed przyjazdem zgłosiliśmy to właścicielowi i poprosiliśmy o anulowanie rezerwacji, ponieważ prywatny basen był dla naszej 11-osobowej grupy podstawowym kryterium wyboru. Właściciel nie wyraził zgody. Niestety na miejscu okazało się, że problem jest jeszcze większy. Z basenu może korzystać ograniczona liczba osób jednocześnie, a dojście do niego z willi jest w naszej ocenie bardzo niebezpieczne. Od strony ulicy znajduje się normalna furtka, jednak nie mieliśmy do niej klucza – według przekazanej nam informacji posiada go zarządca. Pozostawało przejście prowadzące przy skarpie, bez zabezpieczenia, z wystającymi drutami i ostrymi elementami. Nie widzieliśmy również możliwości szybkiego opuszczenia tego terenu inną bezpieczną drogą. Baliśmy się puszczać tamtędy dzieci, a sami również czuliśmy się tam niebezpiecznie. Samo korzystanie ze wspólnego basenu również nie było komfortowe. Nasze rzeczy pozostawione na krótko przy basenie zostały przerzucone poza wysokie ogrodzenie, a kiedy dzieci przyszły tam same, spotkały się z bardzo nieprzyjemnym, odbieranym przez nie jako grożące, zachowaniem innych osób. Podczas pobytu występowały również powtarzające się zaniki prądu. Gdybyśmy przed dokonaniem rezerwacji wiedzieli, że basen nie jest prywatny i znali rzeczywiste warunki dostępu do niego, nie wybralibyśmy tej willi. Piszę o tym, ponieważ dla kolejnych rodzin i większych grup mogą to być, tak jak dla nas, informacje decydujące o wyborze miejsca pobytu.

  We were a group of 11 people, and everyone had a bed to sleep in. During the day and in the evening the balcony and the terrace were perfect to settle down for the whole group. It was really nice, no noises from the neighbors.

  The accomondation is a bit out of the city and away from the beach. So walking is not an option. But if you travel with the car or with uber - you are doing fine

  Dieappointing- pool is communal and 5 minutes from the property. Frequent electricity shortages.

  The Villa is generally very nice, spacious and well equipped. Location is close to everything with a short taxi or drive. You can walk to the beach or town but I wouldn’t recommend walking back as it is up a steep hill. The property was mostly clean. We were given a late check out which was appreciated and a member of the team also helped to retrieve a personal item that had blown from a balcony. Whilst the pool was not private, it was quiet and we benefited from exclusive use during our time there.

  On arrival, we found the electric gate would not open for the car. Thankfully the side gate was open so we could walk through. We entered the villa and found the jucuzzi water cold and dirty and the surrounding decking was also not clean. Responses to our attempts to contact management were very slow initially. We checked in on a Saturday and the jucuzzi wasn’t cleaned until 24 hours later. We quickly realized the swimming pool is not at the villa and instead is a 5 minute walk up hill. The advertising is very misleading and pictures make it seem the pool is directly at the property and does not mention that this is shared with all properties in the residential area. It was more alarming that we did not have a key to open the pool gate and were instead told to walk down an dangerous set of steps and a risky path to enter the pool from the opposite side. A member of our party then got stuck in a bathroom and the door could only be opened from the outside. Maintenance did come to fix this issue but not until the day before we were checking out. The property has electricity issues. Multiple plugs did not work. The power went out approximately 30 times over our 3 day stay and we had to continuously flip the tripped switches. This happened not only when we were using hairdryers but when only the kettle was being used and also when no appliances were being used. The team came to check this and said there was no issue but it continued to happen. Others issues include: -The aircon dripped and leaked water inside the villa. -The shower gel bottles provided were empty. -There was dirty marks on some of the inside walls.

  Decepción

  La casa y su amplitud

  Las cámaras las tienen encendidas y te observan. No hay suficiente menaje en la cocina para los que éramos, un poco insuficiente todo. No había llaves de la piscina, que era comunitaria y no lo sabíamos, supuestamente era privada. Los colchones de las camas y almohadas, malos.
