    Really great staff. Hated paying to park.

    It’s clean and it’s comfortable and it’s convenient

    Thank charging for parking was a little over the top because it’s a very expensive property to start with and it’s basically in the suburbs

    The location at the end of two major roads and close to a free way exit was very nice. Front desk staff was reasonably polite when interacting with them.

    The parking situation is atrocious, guests have to park at the car wash and gas station next door. The pool was closed for maintenance every morning and stank of chlorine into the hallway. My family tried to use the pool during the stay at night and came back to the room coughing and choking after an hour due to the chlorine in the air. The breakfast was on the low end of hotel breakfasts and food was constantly running out, even on a Monday morning and it would take 20 minutes for more food to arrive. It seemed like only one person was working in the kitchen, they need a minimum of 1 more if not 2 working there to keep up with guest demands.

    Did not stay

    The second room we were given was clean and looked comfortable, but we did not stay

    The entire reason I booked the room was to spend the entire weekend in the pool. It was FREEZING and the only thing I got was a smart-ass remark from the front desk boss. The manager has yet to call me a week later.
