  We’re glad we found this nice modern property with quality fittings

  Modern property that is well laid out with quality fixtures.

  Tile floors are very cold and only a light weight doona on the bed which required the constant use of aircon through a cold winter night.

  The accommodation was perfect for my short stay, having everything I needed.

  The facilities were clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. There was a kitchenette, so I could prepare my own meals when needed. The location was perfect for my stay. It felt private and safe.

  The doona was not very thick so I had to leave the heater on at night for warmth which made me dehydrated. The chair wasn't very comfortable for watching television.

  We wont stay again. Arrogant hosts who do not address guest issues.

  Location was good as it was close to family that we were visiting, however, unfortunately, due to various problems with the accommodation, we will not stay here again.

  We have never left a negative review, and at the end of our stay we chose to write a polite note to the host, addressing our concerns. We asked for a reply via email. We never received one. The kitchen bin was full of rubbish when we arrived. There was no tea/coffee provided. There was no tea-towel (for drying dishes). There was no table to sit at to eat meals. One of the towels was badly torn. No face-washers or hand-towel. Bed was uncomfortable and very saggy. There was no room to climb in both sides of the bed, as the space was too small for the bed and it was pushed up against the wall. This accommodation was a self-contained unit, downstairs, within a family home. We could hear their TV/Music etc and thumping from running children. A locked door that lead into the family home had a dark mirror, which was unsettling, as we didn't know if they were able to see into our space. There was no smoke detector. When we looked further down at their reviews, we note many guests have also raised similar concerns to ours, which indicates that the hosts are not listening. The name of the accommodation, "Executive Suite", is very misleading. Post review, response to host - We completely expected the rude and arrogant reply from the host, claiming that we are lying. Insulting the guest, (need glasses, cant read etc) and accusing the guest of being a liar is how the host replies to any guest who tries to relay their (any!) concerns. Highly unprofessional! We are not lying! The bin WAS full of rubbish and I will attached a pic of what was in the bin when we arrived. Other guests have complained about similar issues to ours. We assume that the host has no desire to build up 'return guests'. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO ACCEPT EVERYTHING AS IS! Any issues from guests will not be listened to or treated with any respect.
