    Perfekte Lage, reibungsloser Ablauf beim Eintreffen in der Unterkunft, Parkplatz in direkter Umgebung. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Innensatdt sind direkt zu erreichen.

    Die Wohnung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Kühlschrank könnte mal wieder gereinigt werden. Die Straßenbahn fährt direkt am Fenster der Wohnung mehrmals in der Stunde vorbei. Schallschutz ist leider nicht gegeben.

    Ubicación

    Limpieza, en especial de la zona de entrada al edificio. Cuenta con un candado desde el cual se extrae la llave de entrega. Este candado está en una rejilla muy sucia, llena de insectos. Falta limpieza en le fachada de entrada. No es adecuado para familias con niños, dado que el refrigerador es muy ruidoso y la cocina no cuenta con puertas.
