    Die Lage der Wohnung. Die Wohnungsgröße und Ausstattung. Die Möglichkeit vieles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man ist nicht auf das Auto angewiesen. In den umliegenden Restaurants findet man für jeden Geldbeutel was.

    Das Wetter ist sehr wechselhaft und man kann nicht vom Badeurlaub ausgehen, selbst im Hochsommer.
