  Nice house, but a lot to improve

  Good location of the house, nice grounds. House is built nicely and looks good with plenty of room.

  One of the rooms with a double bed has a shower right behind the bed and the extractor fan goes off on a sensor with no way to turn it off manually - so you've gotta wait till it turns off by itself. The fan is very noisy. Also some sort of equipment goes off every hour inside the garage with a loud sound alarm and 3-4 minutes of whirring etc all throughout the night. There's also a second property being rented out behind the main house - the parking and grounds are partially shared - this wasn't specified in the ad, so was a surprise when another couple showed up in front of the house.

  Prefect space for large families

  The size of the house is perfect for extended families like ours plenty of room and space for everyone. With 2 spas, sauna and sunken trampoline, there was something for eveyone to enjoy. The house has everything you would need. Even a whole cupboard full of kids toys and board games. Super close to Prebbleton township if you needed any groceries. Plenty of parking space out the front.

  The house is fully equipped with electronic blinds and curtains. It does get a little confusing which control is for what one. The same with the lights. You have to tap each one to work out which one is needed. Maybe need a QR code printed in the house somewhere for easy access to the guidebook, to see instructions on how to use.

  Excellent accommodation for group, plenty of space, modern rooms 👌 not far to travel to locations throughout christchurch.

  고급주택 느낌이라 넓고 다양한 시설들이 많았음.

  기대했던 bbq룸 주변 조명들이 들어오지 않아 어둠속 휴대폰 불빛으로 고기를 구워야했으며 냉장고도 작동하지 않아 bbq룸을 이용하지 못했음.
