I'm so very grateful to the Explora staff who made our trip meaningful and downright amazing.
The staff were amazing--kind, patient, helpful...you name it. Our doctors have described both my wife and me as a little "deconditioned." Add on my wife's recent back injury and the sheer altitude of some of the hikes, and the Explora staff would have had every reason to have been critical of us. But I could write a 5-page letter on all the ways they went above and beyond. I left so very grateful to them for making this an extraordinary stop in Peru.
We had some troubles with electrical. That's really all I can think of. Everything else was great. I do wish I would have booked four nights instead of 3.

Wow. One of the most incredible remote getaways I’ve stayed at! Staff is amazing and welcoming, guides are flexible and knowledgeable. Food is fantastic! Spectacular stay and worth the cost. Will be returning very soon!
