Geat place to sleep.
Great room, nice host. In spite of all the issues, the location is good (except for the immediate surroundings). Rooms are nice, good lighting.
This Air BnB wasn't set up for prolonged stays and some things just didn't work. The hot water in the kitchen was a joke, barely a trickle. There was no way to wash dishes (no dish pan or rack). Toilet paper ran out, One kitchen towel(!), Kleenex box had 2 tissues in it. Room is stuffy and lacks ventilation. Neighborhood is sketchy. Bathtub is slick and would benefit from a rubber mat for safety.

Good base from which to explore Seattle...
Small and reasonably comfortable. Hosts make all efforts to provide a good place to stay, with neighborhood information, and most of the things one needs. Good linens and towels. Easy access to Link light rail.
Having luggage rack (or two) would be nice; water pressure in the bathroom sink was barely adequate, although the shower was fine. Hallway and living room/kitchen floors were sticky - not quite sure why.

Great location for exploring Seattle. The apartment was convenient and had everything we needed. The air conditioning was great for sleeping. The hosts were great about providing all info ahead of time. Would stay here again.

Easy to reach location. Very kind host who lives next door and above. Spacious and has everything you need, including kitchen. There are several really nice food places not too far, and the light rail is very near. Our host answered questions very promptly and allowed us to check out an hour later.
There is no sound insulation whatsoever. You can hear everything from next door and above, footsteps, yelling, heavy items being moved above the bedroom. I wouldn't recommend if you're looking for quiet, peaceful sleep. Location was in a neighborhood that felt a little unsafe as well.
