    The last room assigned was good, the staff was attentive.

    The check in experience at night was bad. The night staff did not greet or helped me with luggages, and was gone for a long time when I asked for room change (I had the foot surgery the next day and would not be able to walk up and downstair, I was assigned the room on the top floor without lift). I had to walk downstairs to physically look for him. Most of the time night receptionist would be gone and I would have to message to contact them.

    It was a very nice minimalist space close to the airport but very green and quiet.

    The place is perfect but it lacks a tv!! After working or travelling all day unwinding is necessary. We have apps on the phone but its not the same.

    Perfect for what I needed

    It was what I needed. Clean room, great AC, nice bathroom, and cute amenities. I arrived quite late and the address I'd been given in one email was not the right one, so I had a hard time finding the right place (I had no cell services after traveling internationally), but once I found it the staff was very friendly and helpful

    I got two different communications with two different addresses. The person I needed to speak to was across the street from the address I had and it took me awhile to figure that out.
