    Hygiene standards poor

    Customer service relating to the team was positive

    Unfortunately, this stay was quite disappointing, particularly compared with our previous experience at the property, which had been very positive. The property was not at the standard we expected, with concerns around cleanliness, hygiene, overflowing bins and an unpleasant smell. We also experienced significant disturbance from neighbouring guests, including strong smells entering the property and loud noise during the early hours of the morning. It was especially disappointing as we had travelled with family and children and had specifically chosen to return based on our previous positive experience. Sadly, this stay did not meet the standard we had hoped for. The one positive was regarding the customer service, they were quick and prompt to respond however, was unfortunate to agree on the refund hoped. Many better options out there for family stays so would look elsewhere.
