Very responsive hosts trying to solve issues with heating, re-location and cancellation because of unbearable noise from the roadworks on street below. Easy access. Fabulous location, easy access to town center, station, the Folkwang Museum. All in walkable distance.

In my opinion, this wasn't a superior suite: the heating of this loft flat was inappropriate: Bathroom only has a small towel rack that can't heat up the rather big bathroom; had a bath but boiler wouldn't fill the bath with hot water. Heating under the windows through electric panels which were not easy to set. Very poor ventilation overall, therefore signs ask you to keep venilating the place by opening the windows which was not appropriate during colder December days.
