    Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

    das Badezimmer insbesondere die tolle Dusche, TV, Aussicht, Lage, die Gegend, ein Aufzug im Gebäude, viel Platz/Komfort, und die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft ist top!

    leicht renovierungsbedürftig an manchen Stellen

    Надо учитывать хозяину предыдущие отзывы , и что-то менять

    Прекрасное местоположение . Тихо. Нет проблем с горячей водой

    Регистрация перед дверью подъезда. Неприятно , что в качестве приветствия вам сообщают , что на неделю предоставят два рулона туалетной бумаги и два пакетика Геля для душа. Квартира довольно запущенная и уставшая,грязные диваны, сломана розетка в спальне, нет света. Книги покрыты слоем пыли. На террасе растут сорняки. Зонтик сломан Это очень грустно

    Hätte für den Preis mehr erwartet, aber die Wohnung ist alles in allem ok

    Gute Lage, wenn auch ohne Blick auf Politeama. Recht nah am Stadtleben.

    Die Bilder entsprechen leider nicht dem tatsächlichen Zustand. Bett und Sofa sind durchgelegen/durchgesessen. An einigen Stellen lohnt sich die Renovierung.
