Monopoli is a great base location for day trips and this Condo is brand new with a great location.
Location was perfect balance between proximity to Port area (15 min walk) and being immersed in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Very nice balcony for evening vistas.

Staying here you won't regret it
Spotlessly clean. If you're considering staying in Monopoli book this apartment. We arrived by car and didn't have a problem finding free parking. Great location for supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The historic centre is 10 to 15 minutes walk where you're spoilt for choice for dining. Perfect host, very helpful, we were met for our checkin, which was nice.. All in all a great experience, don't even consider staying anywhere else.
There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

Beautiful apartment with a great view. Very well located near restaurants and an easy 15 min walk to the old town. Responsive hosts. Definitely recommend.

Gorgeous, spacious studio apartment with an incredible view! Modern, convenient, and comfortable.
The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and very convenient and comfortable. It was spotlessly clean (which I really appreciated!) and everything was just perfect. We only had a short stay (2 nights) but it would have been a very comfortable place to stay longer. Beautiful view out the sliding doors to the balcony and we loved that you could see the ocean from bed, too! Loredana was so lovely and friendly and gave us some great restaurant recommendations and other useful information about Monopoli. This was our last stay of our trip and we were so excited that the building has an ELEVATOR! There is FREE parking right near the building, too! Monopoli is a clean, beautiful little city that was easy to navigate and enjoy. We spent an afternoon in Polignano al Mare also, as it is only a 15 minute drive away. We would gladly stay here in Monopoli again and would recommend Eyes on the Sea to anyone!

Fantastic apartment with a perfect location supported by an excellent host which helped us settle in
We were met by the host and who explained everything about the apartment and facilities and also including the local area which we found very useful.
Not a thing out of place or missing.
