    we love the security guy named Dung. He is so helpful and very friendly. he greeted us everytime we leave and waited for the ride for us. Greeted and helped with the bags and doors when we came back. We have booked other hotel in Q1 for our 4th week in VN, but decided to cancel and stayed at FHotel for the remaining week of our trip due to his beyond excellent service. Thank you for such an amazing staff, make we feel like we have a family member caring for us when we come home.
