    Would not recommend. More like half way house

    Easy location

    Numerous things. Had to pay an extra deposit which doesn’t state until after you’ve paid for the place. Only once you have paid the deposit you are allowed access to the codes to enter the property. Very dirty and run down. Nothing like the pictures advertised!

    If I was working again in Leeds I would stay there again 100% even after the issue with access.

    The apartment was clean and tidy and within walking distance to the nearest shops. There is a pub restaurant just 2 minutes walk away, which sold excellent food and has a quiz night on a Thursday.

    Check in could have been better as told that the key for the room was in a key box but turned out it was in the push pad box on the left of the door, plus they had missed the hash off.

    Customer Service improvement needed. Other than that, very good property.

    The property was warm and cosy, after we were directed how to work the heating. Bed was clean and cosy. The only concern was an electricity main box was right in the hallway at nearly floor level. We had to keep monitoring our two year old not to go there and turn it off, or worse still injure himself. Other than that the property was really nice.

    The customer service was very poor, with staff really curt and borderline rude on the phone, frequently dropping the call when we were trying to clarify some issues. The booking process did not mention any security deposit, until after making the non-refundable booking for the property. They refused to direct us on how and where to get the keys until we had paid the deposit. Had it been we didn't carry the additional amount, our payment would have gone down the drains. It was expected that that requirement should have been disclosed prior to booking. The staff over the phone was very curt, and rude during the process.
