Nice flat with free parking
Really nice apartment, decorated nicely. Great to have our own free parking space. Property company, and our contact Michelle, were very responsive and incredibly helpful! They even sent a brand new fan as we stayed there during a heatwave.
The flat was very hot despite the fan, staying at nearly 30 overnight during the heatwave. Didn't much like the location - it's close enough to the town centre but there was a lot of antisocial behaviour on this side of the high street that my kids didn't need to see! Obviously nothing to do with the flat itself but worth bearing in mind if travelling as a family.

Good location but noisy
The property has a good location, walking distance from all the parks, historical buildings. The apartment had a nice modern feel to it, spacious shower. Having some basic condiments and coffee/tea is a bonus. Hosts were super nice.
Although it’s a very quiet town, we were lucky enough to have one sleepless night due someone constantly banging on the entrance door and ringing the intercom in the middle of the night ( 11:30 pm to 12:30 am ), also someone egged the main entrance door. I am aware this is not the apartment’s fault but didn’t make our stay comfortable, it was quite scary. Walls are paper thin, you can hear from both bedroom and living room when the other apartments are walking up/ down the staircase or in their apartment above you. Bed wasn’t particularly comfortable

This was our first visit to Cheltenham and we couldn't have found a better suited venue for our stay. Within easy walking to the town centre. The flat ticked all the boxes., great value and good communication with the agent. Great value.
Flar 3 is mid level, so you will hear the sounds of movement above. But wasn't a major issue.
