    Trotz kleinerer Mängel können wir die Wohnung sehr empfehlen – vor allem wegen der Top-Lage!

    Die Lage der Wohnung ist sensationell – super nah zur Altstadt, mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln hervorragend angebunden. Wir würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen und empfehlen. Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert, die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung sehr angenehm, schnell und lösungsorientiert. Probleme (z. B. Internet) wurden sofort aufgenommen und im möglichen Rahmen behoben. Die Wohnung sowie das Haus sind grundsätzlich sehr ruhig, auch nachts, sodass man wunderbar schlafen kann. Die Terrasse ist großartig, die Polster zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch akzeptabel.

    Weniger positiv: Wer mit einem (Miet-)Auto anreist, sollte sich auf eine sehr schwierige Parkplatzsuche einstellen. Zudem war die Sauberkeit nicht zufriedenstellend – die beauftragte Reinigungsfirma wird der Wohnung nicht gerecht. Wir haben den ersten Tag mit einer Grundreinigung verbracht und uns eigene Reinigungsutensilien besorgt, da die vorhandenen nicht nutzbar waren.

    My review

    Perfect location for the old town and the beach. Just moments walk to each, so couldn't ask for a better location. The neighbourhood was also quiet at night, so no issues sleeping. Nice looking apartment, with a very big roof terrace.

    The only things I didn't like were not the fault of the apartment, like an issue with getting messages regarding check in from the management company via the Booking.com website. But that was still a frustration, and things like having to take the rubbish out and find the communal bins. Nothing bad against the property, just I think I would prefer a hotel next time as I missed hotel services such as room cleaning and a reception. The apartment was very nice, the bedrooms are quite small, but the kitchen, lounge and roof terrace make up for that.
