The property was under maintainence they told
They did not let us check in, property was under construction they told, when they had already taken advance of Rs. 4000. They also told us not to book from booking.com, were asking us to pay more as we were traveling with our daughter, all this while they never told us that the property is closed. This we came to know when we could not enter the dingy building, they told us on call that maybe it's under construction.

Poor hygiene, unprofessional staff, and a misleading “breakfast included” offer—avoid this hotel.
Nothing
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The front office staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. On check-in, the bedsheets, pillow covers, and blanket covers provided were clearly not fresh or properly washed. Despite repeatedly insisting that they had already been changed, it was only after I pointed out visible dust, hair, and dirt that they finally replaced them. The staff’s attitude was disappointing, as they were more interested in denying the issue than resolving it promptly. Another major disappointment was the so-called “breakfast included.” It was extremely poor in quality and variety. There were no eggs or any other protein-rich options. Breakfast was limited to basic items like puri-sabji or bread with jam, which falls well below the standard one would expect from a hotel offering complimentary breakfast. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and substandard breakfast made the stay unpleasant. I would strongly advise travelers to consider other hotels if they value hygiene, hospitality, and a decent breakfast.
