Very neat and had high speed wifi. Comfy bed with a balcony.

Balcony wasn't neat, had full of pigeon dumps. Water heater didn't work. The lift didn't work 50% of the time so I had to climb 4 floors using the steps.

Very poor property at Fab Hotel Kings Suite BANASWADI.

No Power, was stuck in 3rd Floor. Despite the power restoring the Hotel did not start the Lift. As senior Citizen requested for change of room to ground floor, but was not given. The staff are very poor in turnout, and manners, did NOT give me the water in the third floor room. Had to buy from outside, hence quit the room the next morning and moved out.

Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, and the staff were very helpful.

The mattress provided was of poor quality—I could feel the springs while lying on the bed. I even changed rooms because of this issue, but the mattress in the new room had the same problem. Also room were not cleaned properly, I can see the dust many places.
