    I didn't like anything about the hotel.

    The room.was infested with cockroaches. The bed was uncomfortable and the staff absolutely are no help when it comes to assisting with luggage. Furthermore, I booked the room for one adult and one child with breakfast included, and somehow their reservation system messed up the booking by showing a booking for only one adult. They even had the audacity to deny my child breakfast because of an issue in their system. To add to my woes, the customer support for booking.com have people who do not understand basic levels of conversational English. They do not understand the level of urgency and even can't comprehend a statement like "I can conference the hotel on this call" for which they seem to be utterly confused. Terrible experience, overall.
