    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

If your a foreigner (especially African) AVOID ANYTHING BY FABHOTELS. It's a scam in disguise. I was turned away because apparently the hotel does not accept foreign guests. Something not mentioned anywhere during booking. Tried talking to the staff there, all they said was to call customer care. So you can imagine my frustration having to start looking for accommodation afresh AFTER having already arrived. Tried to get my refund to no avail. I don't understand how this is not a criminal offense.
