    We selected this hotel for its location as our reason to visit was an opera at the theatre across the road but other loc

    Excellent location. Handy to tram, busses , restaurants, theatre. Comfortable room. Helpful staff

    Breakfast could stand some improvement.

    It’s okay if you’re staying for a night

    I find it hard to believe that this is a 5 star hotel. While the room was superbly comfortable the premises itself was very worn and dated

    Great location, comfortable hotel and very clean.

    We loved the central location with most of the city tourist attractions an easy walk. Close to restaurants. The room was very nice but a little bit smaller than those we had stayed in during our trip. Bed was very comfortable and we slept well.

    We arrived just as the hotel had gone through an name change and there was certainly many issues around the handover to a new computer systems and there operation. Staff were certainly a little flustered which was understanable and it was only a little inconvenient.
