Utterly disappointing stay in an unsafe environment.

There was parking outside the property.

It was unsafe for my 1 year old son as the carpet did not meet the wall so the very sharp carpet grippers were on show. This meant when in the apartment he was confined to the travel cot for safety reasons. The apartment was unclean and many faults or damaged areas. If they reduced the price by half this would be acceptable for a stag party to stay in but completely unacceptable for a family and health and safety were a huge concern for us.

Great hotel for money highly recommend to everyone

Stayed in a few different hotels over the years of visiting Blackpool and this one has to be my favourite of them all. Absolutely no issues whatsoever definitely book again for sure.

The only fault was the livingroom window wouldn’t close properly but wasn’t an issue and didn’t affect our stay.

Beautiful, clean, spacious apartment. 2 minute walk to tram stop and promenade. 10 minute walk to pleasure beach. Ample of room, Beds are extremely comfy,

Could of done with extra tray for the oven other than that nothing.

    Dirty, grotty

The property is in a good location.

The whole building stunk of foul smells and cooking smell. The building was grotty and dirty. We checked out after the first night and booked another hotel as the grime was terrible
