    Ein empfehlenswertes Appartement!

    Das schöne Appartement im OG ist sehr groß, 3 Schlafzimmer, große, gut ausgestattete Küche, großes Wohnzimmer, 2 Balkone, einer mit Meerblick, 2 WCs, Fensterläden zum Verdunkeln. Schöner Garten mit Olivenbäumen, Outdoor-Küche und mittelgroßer Pool, Liegen mit Auflagen. Autoabstellplatz. Ca. 300 m zur Badebucht, ca. 15 min. dem Meer entlang in die Altstadt. Sehr empfehlenswert ist ein Fahrrad!

    Die Dusche war leider abgenutzt und sehr schimmelig. Hier sollte der Vermieter dringend erneuern. Der Pool sollte sorgfältiger gereinigt werden! Beim Stiegenaufgang gehört dringend eine Lampe montiert! Die dunklen Stufen sind in der Dunkelheit schwer zu sehen und das Schlüsselloch fanden wir nur mit Handy-Taschenlampe. Ein Punkt, wofür der Vermieter nichts kann, ist die große Anzahl an Hunden! Überall am Strand und im Wasser, ständig Gebell, auch nachts. Für jemanden, der sich vor Hunden fürchtet, leider unangenehm.

    Tolle Lage, schöne Wohnung. Für Familien geeignet.,

    Marina und Valter waren sehr freundlich. Man hat sich gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Nähe zum Strand war sehr angenehm. Die Ferienwohnung lag in einer ruhigen Gegend und es war nur ein schöner Spaziergang zur statt nötig. Die Einrichtung und vor allem die Küchenausstattung waren einwandfrei und es gab auch hier nichts zu vermissen.

    Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

    Sehr schönes Ferienhaus für 10 Personen mit Nähe zum Meer und Pool in gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

    Die Nähe zum Meer, die geniale Outdoor Küche und der Pool. Wir hatten beide Apartments für 10 Personen (6 Erwachsene, 2 Teenies und 2 Kinder im Alter bin 5&7) gemietet und somit das Haus und den Garten/Pool für uns alleine. Die Apartments waren sehr großzügig ausgestattet. Valter (der Besitzer) kam täglich in der Früh um den Pool zu reinigen / prüfen. Auch als die Kaffeemaschine auslief war bereits am Nachmittag eine neue da. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter 🙂👍

    Es gibt grundsätzlich nichts zum aussetzen. Einzig im oberen Apartment war der Wasserhahn auf der Toilette für Kinder unmöglich zum zu drehen ohne dass das Wasser weiter läuft.
