    All good, comfy beds

    Fridge was to small, not a lot a space in kitchen but it could go in dining room or conservatory

    Absolute appalling

    Nothing

    The property was absolutely appalling to the point we could not stay. The host informed me that the gardener hadn't been for a week & he would call & cut it back. On entering the property there was a bad smell & visible straight away there was a large piece of plaster that had fallen off the wall going up the stairs & a piece of laminate trim missing at the foot of stairs. Bathroom thick black mould around shower screen. Bedroom mould down wall & on moving bed slightly mould all around dirty clothes & towel including filth also hole in plug socket. Other bedrooms hairs in drawers & chunks of laminate flooring missing. Kitchen enamel missing on front of fridge & rusty. Grease etc underside of kitchen unit, bottom of boiler hanging down resting on a socket, skirting board fell off Room arm to settee zip broken, storage cupboard full of items thrown in including ironing board etc. Patio overgrown (more than 1 week as stated by host), pergola canopy shredded & missing. Sorry to say the list is endless!

    The location was excellent and was less than 10 minutes from the places we planned to visit while in Dudley. Communication from the owner was very quick. The house had everything we needed and was safe and comfortable.
